AMS Licensing terms

AMS is a licensed and copyrighted product. When you apply for a trial version you must agree to the terms of the license, which are;

You agree not to distribute, copy, modify, produce derivative works, or make any attempt at decompilation in any form electronic or otherwise. You must not include it in part or whole in any product whatsoever.

In the case of software supplied as part of a free trial you agree that at the end of the trial period you will destroy all copies of the supplied software.

You agree that liability of the copyright holder for damages, including any general, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the software be limited to the purchase cost thereof. This includes but is not limited to loss of data or data being rendered inaccurate or losses sustained by you or third parties or a failure of the software to operate with any other software, even if such holder or other party has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

AMS is not Free!

AMS is a professional grade product in use on sites big and small worldwide. It was created by experienced programmers and network engineers, we do not give it away. If you are looking for something free then you need to look elsewhere, you're in the wrong place here..

You can obtain AMS on a 3 month free trial basis version, after this time you must purchase a license. Payment details are provided in the README which accompanies the trial version. The cost the the non-expiring version is 9000 THB/Thai Baht. That's about 

The software is locked to the IP address of the AMS server, this you supply. The trial version will cease to function at the end of the trial period with no warning being given.

The author and copyright owner, Andrew Gray, reserves the write to decline any trial application without providing an explanation.
